Management

Jebsen (1967) was appointed CEO of Kebony in 2008. Prior to joining Kebony, Jebsen was CEO of VMETRO ASA (2006 to 2008), COO of Opera Software ASA (2000-2006) and CEO of Stavdal ASA (1998-2000). Jebsen’s professional experience also includes seven years (1991-1998) of corporate finance, investment banking experience with Nomura International in London and Enskilda Securities in Stockholm and Oslo. Jebsen holds a B.Sc degree in Economics and BA from Copenhagen Business School.

Kirstine Holst Jansen (1966) joined Kebony as CFO in April 2010.
She has 11 years of experience from the petrochemical industry; Statoil and Borealis (1990 - 2001). The last 9 years have mainly been through her own consultancy business towards new companies and investment projects.
Holst Jansen holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Jan Terje Nielsen (1966) Head of Marketing Kebony from 2007. Sales and Marketing Director Minera Norge AS, Director of Marketing Vital Forsikring ASA/DnB, Marketing Manager Norske Skog Flooring and Project Manager for EURO RSCG. Diploma in Marketing and Communication from IFM (Now BI/Norwegian School of Management), specialised in Brand Management at NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration).

Per Brynildsen (1956) joined Kebony ASA as Head of R&D in 2005. Prior to to this he worked for Yara International ASA, and Norsk Hydro ASA .

Recent positions include Research Manager at Yara's technology centre in the Netherlands, principal scientist at Yara's technology centre in Norway and project manager for product development projects in Hydro Agri Europe.

Brynildsen holds a M. Sc. Degree in Chemistry from the University of Oslo.

Arnt Kristian Barsten (1966) joined Kebony as Sales Manager in March 2011. Prior to Kebony he worked in his own consultancy within sales and marketing, as Sales & Marketing Director of Minera Norge (2008-2010) and as Sales manager of Bosch Rexroth (2003-2008). In the period 1998 thru 2003 Barsten represented with his own consultancy the manufacturers Magnatech International (US) and Hoffmann Quality Tapes (DE) to the international hydraulic hose industry. Prior to this he had Sales manager positions at Spirka Maschinenbau GmbH (1996-1998) and as ABB Norsk Kabel in Norway and Germany (1992-1996). Barsten holds a Bachelor in civil engineering and a Bachelor of International Marketing.

Mette Stavrum-Tång (1969) joined Kebony as Supply Chain Manager in  2011 and took over as Site Director Norway early 2013.

Prior to joining Kebony, Stavrum-Tång has had various roles within different  industries since 1987; 13 years with Norsk Hydro (fertilizer, oil and gas), 9 years with Isola (building materials) and 2 years with Miljøinnovasjon/TATA (automotive, electric cars).

Stavrum-Tång  has an engineer background, a Bachlor’s degree in Logistic Management and also holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Business (BI).
